@briantoddje By pressing the subcribe button. If you want lights, props etc. as in the pictures you can subcribe to the items in the "required items" tab to the right, but those are optional.
The building should be found in-game under lvl3 unique building if I remember correctly.

How can i download?

I'm glad to hear that. Although my computer is already as powerless as an old man when it runs C:S. But I will still occasionally test some new assets and see which of them can be sorted into my collection for me or other players to choose from. I will keep my eyes on workshop until C:S2 comes.
About the entrance. I did an experiment and found that main entrance as front looks more logical. I don't know how to get these citizens enter the building from the side, rather than through the building from the front.

@Dubu Alot of the assets seen in the image that are actually located in Dubai, aren't on the workshop yet, but one will be uploaded every week.
The rest of the assets and props are part of Static private collection. I'm not sure if he'll share that collection, but if you're interested I can ask.

I was debating wheter or not if I should use the main entrance as front.
But that would mean everyone would either have to use moveit or place roads around the building to get the current side facing the front, so thought current front made more sense.

Happy you're still around, was going to ask if you could check it out before uploading, but wasn't sure if you still cared about C:SL

Maybe it's better to rotate the model 90 degrees so that citizens can normally enter the building through the gate rather than through the wall.

@ot12red if you don't use the RICO mod it will be lvl3 monument, otherwise it's residential with the stats above

are these like monuments and such or residential lvls

@Azure thank you,I wanted to put a realistic goal for myself, which is to make all towers in this so called "superblock". Now thankfully I've had help from both naskko26 who has made 3 beautiful towers from that area and 752811818 who made a tower called Le Reve.
So hopefully within a close future, everything in this block will be completed :)
