With this mod would i be able to unlock the achievement for the secret character AND actually get the character? I beat the 3rd boss with all 3 characters and because of mods it doesn't unlock the 4th character.

Fix for if you can't enable StSLib: Unsubscribe and resubscribe to ModTheSpire to force it to update to 3.24.0, which is a requirement for StSLib 2.0.0.

If you are not seeing StSLib in the mod chooser, delete the custom mod list you have created and recreate. Worked for me.

Indeed. After the new patch from the main game, OnCardDrawPower interface triggers onCardDraw() twice.
