It's a lovely building but the employment level is so high its unreachable. Bring the required workers down to a sub-hundred level and it will be fine.

I think that all your assets are beautiful and your histories on the buildings adds a lot to my appreciation of the architecture as well as your excellent ability to render them.

which mod do you use for the snow ?

@darf It doesn't fit the space properly in my saved game. It overlaps Mercer st and Broadway. I believe the space in my game is 7.5 by 4 tiles... It's just how the road was laid out in my game nothing with the scale of the building. Just needed to resize to adjust to my saved game. I'll take screenshots at some point to show it off. Anyway nice model.

Great job, nice building! It was a bit too big, so I had to resize to .8 to fit in my version of Manhattan.

@Killingjoke it cant be growable it is 5x8 building growables max sie is 4x4 then it has to be RICO or unique/park.

@Darf, this is wonderful, thank you! I remember this building very well from walks down Houston Street, can't miss it. Looks great here on the workshop, sure it will look even better in our cities.
