It's on the minecraft forum, just type Source Craft on google it shouldn't be hard to find at all.
It's basically a converter that will turn your MC map into a VMF and will give you a couple of assets (textures) that you'll have to include to your map/game. And you just have to do the rest in hammer. Easy as :melon:

Should be fixed, you can now find the map under gm_flatgrass_mc_b2
