Additionally you should make the back in the same texture size as the other walls... atm the back just looks unrealistic!

The flickerig could be solved in several ways: You simply use the Garage Door 1 and place it each one time - in stead of now 10 times Garage Door 2... or Players use BOB to exchange this on their own with a specific offset / hiding the 5 unneeded ones.
