I already did.
It will be out tonight.
Do you have any plans to make this mod for WH3?
Sorry to hear that. I'll keep that in mind when I update this mod for Warhammer 3.
Thanks. Also other Skaven unit mods can mess with it and have normal eyes.
As far as I know they are changed. Are you referring to how some have white eyes? I left that in there for effect, as they are more beaten and scarred than other Skaven groups.
Probably it is.
No need friend, I will not be updating it as it still functions fine. Don't be alarmed by any ! marks or warnings. Unless there is another Skaven DLC, this thing will not be updated until the very last patch for Warhammer 2.
Very welcome, thank you for your patience.
Good things take time.
This is intentional. I emphasized the greenness of his eyes when he came out. I think it better differentiates him from other Skaven since he's main lining warpstone directly into his system 24/7.
That being said I'll adjust the mod description to include him as a Lord I haven't given red eyes.
Sorry to hear that. I just updated this mod right now, hopefully that helps.
That's great to hear, glad you like it. I'm good on screenshots for now, but thank you, perhaps another time!
What update?
I don't know why it would do that, I just updated it again even though there hasn't been a major DLC release. Hope it helps.
I've never been able to get it to work with his all in one compilation. One possible solution is to open up the pack file of his all in one mod that has Skaven, delete all the Skaven entries and leave everything else intact, and then you could have both mods play nice.
I did not touch the Triad RoR with blind eyes, nor the Death Runner RoR with warpstone green eyes, as I believe that would take away from their uniqueness.
I am actually working on a Vampire mod. Two versions. One that features more internally consistent eyes as portrayed in-game, i.e. bright red irises across all Vampires, since I was playing a VC campaign recently and I just lost it over Mannfred's boring glaucoma eyes.
The other will feature the more loreful depiction of Vampire eyes, which is where the entirety of the eye is red and glowing. You can see this in the loading screens of Vampire Counts/Coast. I've just run into a road bump of getting them to show emissive light, so a more thorough reading of Shawmuscle's glowing tutorial is needed.
Both of those mods will be paired with paler undead skin.
I don't know when I'll release them, since that emissive light crap is holding me back hard, not only that mod, but a few other reskins I'm working on.
It's notable comparing Depth Guard to Blood Knights that the former look a lot more imposing, and in part I think that's because of the glowing eye effect they get.
Sorry to hear that.
No. I'll do a separate version of that later.
No not fully. I have a few other mods to do before I tackle that one.
@Lady Hayley of Hants
There's quite a few High Elf art pieces out there where they sport black eyes, by Adrian Smith I believe. The Wood Elf army book for 6th edition also features black eyed Wood Elves in the art, in fact whenever Elves ever have black eyes in Warhammer Fantasy, their 'inhuman' look is played up quite a bit, where they look like Eldar from 40k in medieval gear, with super elongated features.
