I prefer no steam re-upload because I want to make sure steam users get to play with the most up-to-date version of the addon.
Steam workshop collections are specifically designed to do what you want to do. You can see how it works in this video :

So, I encourage you to use a collection (or any other 3rd party addon distribution software as Arma3Sync for instance). However, as you asked nicely, and if you face technical difficulties, I give you the permission to re-upload. Just make sure to credit us and be very clear for other users to know that it is a reupload. I guess you will integrate it into a single WS upload with several other mods, am I right ?
