Can you please update for chaos wastes? During talent pick, the menu shrinks down and has black borders.
V92 22 mar, 2022 @ 5:22
Has no effect on 32:9 monitors.

Thank You so much for adding the ability to scale down !
Aussiemon  [skapare] 25 feb, 2019 @ 9:33
Scaling may now be globally reduced for all resolutions.

Would it be possible for you to make it scale further down ? some of us on the 4k monitors could see it just fine small and would prefer everything being smaller again!
Mixairian 18 feb, 2019 @ 20:10
Update: Nevermind. It seems they added Dynamic UI Scale support for 4k in this patch.

02/18/2019 patch seems to generate errors. Opening forge or other things crashes the game.

The mod does have an entry in mod options, so it seems like the mod is failing to load for you. Some things to try:

1. Make sure your %AppData%\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\user_settings.config file is not set to read-only.

2. Make sure the mod entry appears in the launcher's mod menu and is checked.

3. Make sure the <Steam Library>\steamapps\workshop\content\552500\1623948024 folder exists and has 4 files inside: 685d053c975de3c5.mod_bundle, HiDefUIScaling.mod, mod.bin, and mod.cer.

If all of these are true, and the mod still fails to appear in the Mod Options menu, could you copy your most-recent LOG file from %AppData%\Fatshark\Vermintide 2\console_logs to Pastebin and message me the link?

Does anyone know if this mod has mod options or if it simply "just works" ? Because it isn't working for me. My UI scaling stopped working yesterday so I checked to see what mods had updated. VMF was the culprit as they decided to stop supporting UI scaling. They suggest this mod but who knows how this mod works or if it works at all for 3440x1440.

I'm pretty sure I was just using VT2's built in UI scaling but for some reason that is also broken. In fact if I touch the UI slider at all I can no longer apply any options at all.
Fish 29 jan, 2019 @ 18:59
Hahahaha ok I give you that
Franzitrone 29 jan, 2019 @ 11:31
Good user experience is in fact very hard. It's even got an entire field of research dedicated to it.
Fish 29 jan, 2019 @ 10:41
This mod doesn't work. The in-game ui scaling option is now broken. This mod has no available options and doesn't scale anything for me. I'm on 3440x1440
Fish 28 jan, 2019 @ 21:11
Why did I have to go to the workshop and check if a mod was updated in order to fix an issue with my ui being WAY too small? That is assuming this fixes it as i haven't tried yet. Good UX isn't that hard...
👀nɐMelɐK 25 jan, 2019 @ 11:28
This usefull for normal full HD (1080) Ultra Wide Screens , like 2565x1080 ?
Tamren 22 jan, 2019 @ 15:11
What's the smallest resolution this has an affect on?
bIbIbI(rus) 14 jan, 2019 @ 22:46
It will be stripped from VMF the next release which will happen in several days.
znurrad 14 jan, 2019 @ 2:42
I'm not getting the point to this as UHD UI Scaling is already part of the "Approved "Framework mod .
Am i missing something, why would I use this "Applied" mod?

Neat, thanks!
