I can't seem to get this to work in my district. Only some residentials assets are showing up in low density. What am I missing? New to the game / modding here.

I do have a 1:1 map of Paris as well as Versailles, but they use custom networks I made for myself. The saves would would crash for everyone if I'd publish them without the networks.

@Gèze :(, I was really hoping you had a 1:1 to Paris map. But these assets are great anyway, I'll try my best :D

Nope. Just use the map overlay mod and make your own.

Beautiful! Any particular reason this is low density instead of high density? It seems to match your other high commercial buildings better. (So do French Flats 34-35 as well, actually.)

Geze: beautiful, thank you! I especially love how generic this building is - not meant as a criticism at all, its'very hard to make a building that just fits anywhere! Even harder when youa re doing somethign as specifis as Paris. This little gem fits in many different cities, both European and North American. Perfection!
