Odd request, but how hard would it be to make a version of this that is 4 units wide and has bike lanes on either side?

Not so much, as you said, in addition to allowing parking, it also has a slightly different look. The median surface is smaller and rounded. I still like having it as an option. It's like having the vanilla residential streets at the same time as having the American-style suburban street v2 and the cobblestone street asset in CS.

Unless we want the roads to be parkable, I guess these roads won't be necessary anymore since we got similar roads with the last free extra roads update pack (1.15), no?

That's not true though. They don't look like these, always have crossing decals at intersections and they don't have versions with parking.

Is there any way you could add a set with a right and left-turn lane at an intersection?
Would love to see the two-lane road become a 6 lane at an intersection like in my are.
1L Turn 1R Turn and 1 Direct straight. That would be awesome!^^

@Homer2101 To prevent this problem, make a separate bicycle lane occupying the same space as the car lane instead :)

Thanks for another wonderful road!

A question: When I edit the road to allow bicycles in the car lanes, cims will dismount and get stuck in the car lanes at the nodes for no reason I can discern. Would you know what causes this? It used to be possible to have cars and bicycles enabled in one lane with no issue.

ive tryed to make my own road but when i finished with all assets it wont appear ingame even with it "on" (in the option to enable disable buildings assets roads etc.)
any idea?

Such a great and useful asset for my city! As said by BadPeanut, this could've been better with custom elevated, bridge, and tunnel models! :D

@BadPeanut Thanks! You're doing an incredible job with your mysterious assets :D Well the reason is that... (*cough*) I'm lazy as making elevated would double the time required, and I'm always busy with uni (like you? :D). But yes I'm planning to make elevated and tunnel for my half-done Dutch-style four-lane bike avenue - hopefully I can even finish it.

Also if you need to update these any time in the future - contact me beforehand - there's a bug in the game which I can explain how to avoid until the devs fix it :) (the bug is only present when updating)

@alborzka I'm quite unfamiliar with trams, so I'll have to looka round for info. IIRC Bad Peanut said weird things happen if you don't follow the game default tram track layouts, but I could be wrong.
