Hallo kann man den auch für Transport Fever 2 bekommen
Jones  [author] 24 Sep, 2020 @ 12:37pm
Hey! For Transport Fever I won't be making new trucks but I am remodeling the Scania for TPF2 at the moment. It'll have some more variations

Hi!

First, thanks for amazing mod. It a pleasure for a trucker to see this kind of vehicle in the game.

Is this mod becoming Industry DLC compatible. So it could transport also aluminum, paper and car parts? Possible cement also? Or like stake wagon to transport logs/planks/steel/alu/construction materials?

Thanks for the notification, I reported it. I never gave permission to make a conversion because I am creating new model from scratch
CashonWheels 13 Jul, 2020 @ 4:24am
FYI someone converted this and posted it in the TPF2 workshop.
Prezes03 2 May, 2020 @ 5:39pm
I want this in TF2 <3
mokum 14 Aug, 2019 @ 9:02pm
We cal this a small road train, there can be 3 trailers behind the primemover in Australia.
bullsp5 6 Aug, 2019 @ 9:42am
Hi . I will test it.Thanks
ImTheRealSlayer™ 20 Apr, 2019 @ 4:13pm

gruenderpeter 13 Mar, 2019 @ 8:32am
Danke Super Truck mfg.
Exo_Atami_122 11 Mar, 2019 @ 4:00am
Never mind - I was trying to load stone... :(
Exo_Atami_122 11 Mar, 2019 @ 3:51am
These trucks seem to take forever to load... They seem to be loading 1 item every 2 seconds (80 cargo = 160secs = almost 3 minutes!!). Am I the only with this problem? Am I doing something wrong?...

@Swesim
What you are describing, in my mind is actually what Onionjack has created here in this model.
Essentially, the 2 trailers are the same, the first is towed by the prime mover (tractor) and the 2nd trailer is coupled to a dolly.

http://www.wikiwand.com/en/B-train
The link you put up is what we call a B double here in Australia. It is a purpose designed front trailer, designed to support the front of the rear trailer. Bigger then that, is when a dolly is coupled to the rear trailer to then accomodate another rear trailer. We then step into the world of multi-combination trailers, what we call "Road-Trains"

@Swesim
Almost. This perticular setup is infact illegal since it's 32 meters long. The only ones using it is Scania Transport Laboratory, with a special permit, driving between Scania Factory and Zwolle collecting usage data while on the road.

It's amazing and a mandatory download :D
Maybe somone can create an awesome Scania Laboratory skin for this.
Kukow 3 Feb, 2019 @ 7:37am
Thats a live saver! Thank you!

Could you add fuel oil to the cargo options? =)
Swesim 2 Feb, 2019 @ 11:38pm
@Onionjack: not quite, more like this: https://farm5.static.flickr.com/4858/31195063137_2a3ffc5c7c_b.jpg .
As I have understodd it the combination is called link and uses a standard truck and semitrailer, but puts a middle section coupled like a semi to the truck and resting on a dolly in the other end.
The dolly has a coupling device so that the semitrailer can connect to the dolly as if it was a truck.
In total this combination measures 25,25 metres.

leider nur für endprodukte.
pauljrhere 30 Jan, 2019 @ 9:14pm

Swesim 30 Jan, 2019 @ 9:13am
Wonderful stuff as usal Onionjack!
Having read the previous posts in this thread I hope that You will sometime find the inspiration to do the combination that is rather common here in Sweden and Finland, with truck, dolly and semitrailer bringing the combination to about 24 metres.
LongBeardWolf 29 Jan, 2019 @ 7:01pm
Thank you for this!! Being in Australia, ive wanted more multi-combination road transport options.
This is BRILLIANT!!
Jones  [author] 29 Jan, 2019 @ 4:10am
I've added some realism to this, the R730 that carries every cargo has correct trailer for each type. I didn't want to make boxtrailers carry oil or coal since that doesn't happen in real life either.
pauljrhere 28 Jan, 2019 @ 11:43pm
why can this not carry all corgo like the regular 730?
The Greatest No8b 28 Jan, 2019 @ 1:11pm
roadtrain!:steamhappy:
Jones  [author] 28 Jan, 2019 @ 10:37am
Colonels use of high capacity trucks might've sparked some motivation to make this for sure :)
@Batavius, I might make some other versions too. I haven't decided yet
XIAOWU-Airlines 27 Jan, 2019 @ 10:04pm
play Euro Truck Simulator 2 in the Transport Fever,HAHA :D
Rafn 27 Jan, 2019 @ 6:51pm
The Colonel got to you, didn't he, with his comments about high capacity trucks? I smell an inside job here! :)
darren67 27 Jan, 2019 @ 11:38am
...very nice, indeed. Nice model and thanks for sharing.
Gexxxs 27 Jan, 2019 @ 7:37am
Very Nice :steamhappy:
Driver Kaldie 27 Jan, 2019 @ 6:07am
I already have the mod for double capacity, I think it will be enough, but thanks though ;)
Batavius 27 Jan, 2019 @ 5:40am
Beautiful work as always Onionjack_,
Though i have never seen this combination in my country (The Netherlands).

We do have these combinations,
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/29/Alle_Varianten_LZV.jpg

Will you making them aswell?.
Jones  [author] 27 Jan, 2019 @ 4:14am
That's too high capacity for trucks if you compare it to default vehicles in my opinion. Even I made mine carrying double what the default 40-ton truck does. Making high capacities like those American trucks have, does also increase running costs way too high. I know it is annoying to spam loads of truck to the line because how little they carry.

There's a solution though. If you need higher capacity, I suggest using GrandT's capacity adjuster mod, which doubles capacities of all vehicles or makes them even 4x larger. :)
Driver Kaldie 27 Jan, 2019 @ 4:02am
Very cool lookin truck ! But why does it has (like so many new vehicles) such a low capacity...Most of the trucks from the American Truck pack have 150-175 capacity in one single trailer ?
le.geai 27 Jan, 2019 @ 1:45am
superbe merci
rottmo 26 Jan, 2019 @ 7:00pm
Thanks again, good car!!
eagleridernl 26 Jan, 2019 @ 5:16pm
the also drive in the Netherlands, but also in the Netherlands only allowed on certain roads
Jones  [author] 26 Jan, 2019 @ 2:22pm
These are not everywhere yet atleast. We got them in Finland and they are allowed to drive only certain roads.
Banelord300 26 Jan, 2019 @ 1:47pm
Thats a cool item I thought only existed in the US/Aust :o
