Thank you!
I've read the warning in your description but I decided to give it a try, because I use another mod of yours (Spinning Barrels for the TLP Cannon) which works fine. Once I'll finish this campaign I plan to remove it anyway. It seems I was like a beta tester of an untested mod so the only reason I post here, is for other ppl to avoid the annoyances it creates (immersion-wise).
As description says, this mod is untested. The person who commissioned the mod seemed satisfied with it, so I did not bother to develop it further. I'm sorry you had some issues with it, but I have no plans to update this mod in any way.
Mainly these two
XComGameData_CharacterStats.ini
XComGameData_WeaponData.ini
You can change Chosen stats your self through .ini configuration.
It's probably possible, but sorry I can't really afford the time to make that adjustment for free. Let me know if you want to commission that change, though, I could probably get that done within a day without interrupting my modding schedule too much.
The predetermined rivalry mod makes it so you always meet the first chosen that is weak to your starting hero.
This mod doesn't affect the order you meet the Chosen in.
Is this intended behavior? It's kind of confusing to see this.
and it makes sense for a psionic to track down the templars. the hunter and skirmishers are both as mobile as each other(the grappling hook).
it makes sense for the chosen to be weak against the faction that specalises in certain abilities like reapers stealth, assassin uses stealth. how do you hide against someone that knows stealth? like shown in the cutscene.
It works regardless if you have it enabled or not.
Probably.
I think that's what they were going for at least.
If you start a campaign without Lost and Abandoned, rivalries are randomized.
Because that's the rivalries you get if you play with Lost and Abandond. Ask Firaxis why they go against their own canon.
