The Mini-Room with the credits in the overworld(The one with the gold, iron and diamond blocks) will be "opened". Normally you can't break the blocks in front of that room. But after you finished the easter egg you can break those two blocks. In there are 3 buttons, 2 of them kill you and one gives you a traitor weapon(Knife, Newton-Launcher, etc). Normally there would be a text over the enchantment table which tells you, what button is the correct one. This text will disappear after a few seconds. The text is there to prevent people from camping the credits room when you try to do the easter egg and they want to steal the traitor weapon.
