I had no idea this limit was even in place, but I'm very glad you took the time to fix it.

Is an update needed to 3.3.1?

@Kang of Canada: Shouldn't cause any bugs, but it might be of limited utility with the way population growth drops off at higher population levels with the Carrying Capacity mod.

can this work with the Carrying Capacity mod?

This mod is now up to date for Stellaris v2.8.1 (Butler). No changes needed.

@Booperius, isn't immigration drawn from emmigration? That is to say, just moving pops from one place to another?

Can you make a few verisons that simply cap it at higher numbers (10, 15, and 20 ideally), I'd like a "balanced" version that doesn't let you print a pop almost every month but still lets you benefit even more from immigration.

@Velaroz Use forced pop growth and sign migration treaties with every ai. That -0.6 growth is nothing compared to this +5.0 flow.

And it's 1K for relationship modifiers.

Double check to see if there's an overflow point. Given how many things have 'em, it's probably a good idea to check. Shield health value is around like... 190-200K, at least for starbases.

@Velaroz: Fair enough. It was an issue I ran into on a couple of playthroughs, so I decided to look and see if it could be modded. It could, so I did.

I'll be honest--I've never even gotten to 5 per month, due to other mods making it nigh impossible to 'fully fill' planets.
