You will need a Home Depot upgrade. to mine dirt since they sell it for a couple bucks a pound.

Hi Desucrate,
your mod has been translated into German by Junky and the translation is now part of the Civilization VI Mods - German translations mod pack.
We would be more than happy if you could refer to the language translation in your mod description.

What for an effect do you have in mind for gaul civ?

Well done

Really? What happened to mining stone and lesser veins of ore? You need imagination to play this game. ;)

i think this is a foolish mod there are alot of other minerals and resources not in the game so by removing this feature your taking away an element of realism and immersion

You've reached combustion and you're not getting any production from farms? (just to be sure, you're not using terrace farms, correct?)
I am unsure how this issue would happen.

Production from farms do not work in game for some reason.

No I do not, not really intrested in it, seems like a lot of annoying features to me, rather then fixing the many imbalances and bugs in the game they distract you with DLCs
Desucrate  [author] 4 Mar, 2019 @ 5:01am
oh, I forgot to update the required DLC. I'm guessing you don't own Gathering Storm?

I'm having a bit of a problem with the mod, I can't see to load a game with it enabled, I disabled all other mods and just used this one and it still wouldn't work.

You could consider working unimproved hills to be the same as cement mining, or just dirt.

Either way, the mod works great; in fact, I would say that the game progression without multiple, easy access +3/4/5 production tiles per city is much smoother and may actually lead to games finishing within in a reasonable number of turns, instead of ending in less than 300 as usual.
Desucrate  [author] 2 Feb, 2019 @ 7:44am
yeah, that is definitely an issue with the realism of the mod that I didn't realise during development, but it's fine imho and the real importance of the mod is terrains being balanced.

Dude, cement ( one of most important building materials in the modern world ) is mined dirt. Also, if you've ever been to a home improvement store or plant nursery... The special dirt comes from mining and mixing. Just elaborating on JeruD's comment.

@SasquatchBrah for balance reasons, the other changes are quite important.
Sokinz 1 Feb, 2019 @ 9:09pm
aggregate mining is one of the largest sectors of the mining industry
Flactine 1 Feb, 2019 @ 6:25pm
Can mine on the strategy resource that didn't find(no technology) yet?

May be a good idea to lock Forts to Military Engineers, otherwise the AI could end up spamming them like farms.

It'd be a good mod, except you added a bunch of other things not described by the mod title or text. Kind of reminds me of the legislative system.

do lumber mills give industrial zone adjacency bonuses?
