This mod is cursed as hell, I spawned one in; left it alone for a few minutes and it started teleporting near me and making breathing noises. When I deleted him all the icons in spawn menu became invisible, the text either became black or red and the breathing sounds continued.

Unfortunately, this mod is a little broken and I had to sort my way through several game-breaking Lua errors to get it to work, but this is a really great addon that I would've happily paid for on GmodStore; other than the script setting the default `color_white.a`, and `color_black.a` color variables (which are global, so setting the alpha of `color_white` sets it *all across garry's mod* and is very easily avoidable by using `ColorAlpha(color_white, <opacity>)` function instead), but if you're competent enough to read scripting errors (and know some lua), you can sort the errors this addon throws out pretty quickly.
That being said, In my one-time experience with this addon; it simply was unusable when I first added it to my server; so if you aren't competent enough to fix the errors yourself, then this addon is broken and you should probably move on. Just a heads up for anyone in the future. (1/2)

I would have happily paid $10 for this on Gmodstore. This addon is great, and the fact that you only uploaded it to the workshop instead of Gmodstore is incredibly humble and kind of you. I tip my hat to you sir.
