Daniel isn't spawning in the ruins for me

Oh btw I loaded Player conquest before reactive world, it look like this:

Reactive World (v. 18)
Player Conquests - The Hub (v. 2)
Player Conquests - Grey Desert Waystation (v. 1)

And I ticked all the boxes except reset squad position when importing

Thanks for the quick response, importing got rid of the other shopkeeper, now the only one left is the "Ronin Construction Trader", however he still doesn't have extra dialogue option and only working as a general shopkeeper.

try importing. see if that fixes it

After I turned O'Neil to UC police the place is ruined, however there's two shopkeepers in the intact building now and none of them gave me the "I want to leave" line. Also there's two overlapping icons on the map, one called "Grey Waystation", the other "Waystation". Could this be a compatibility issue with reactive world? The world state checker is still there btw.

I've reworked the way the fight with O'neill starts. now if you talk with him there is a chance to have him start the fight thus allowing you to remain on good terms with the tech hunters.

Doesn't seem to work, when i reached the place it was built and full of tech hunters...

Any chance of a patch for Reactive Worlds? I can live without the Belt Trader; the World State Checker, however, is not always so easy to live without unless one decides to run a high athletic party member to a distant waystation.

Also, great mods! I've gone ahead and rated them up and added the Skeleton Empire Rebuilt mod to my mega mod collection (plans on adding your other player conquest mini-mods too, after testing).
