I see that it's dead and all, in the comments, but for what it's worth, it not that hard of a run in its current form. I still say that it's worth a play. The only thing you'll miss out on is some balancing and the card art - both aren't that big of a deal.
Read the text/names on the cards, which you should anyway, and you'll do just fine.
if only sts modders used discord then bam instantly there'd be so many good character mods back in fucking action and the game community would be fucking BOOMING again as if mods just hit the floor again
in essence, it's an always-active debuff, meaning that effects which scale with the number of debuffs an enemy has(crackling soul etc) will always be increased by one.
Awakened one? 60 > HP.
Collector? 50 > HP.
That robot dude? 60 > HP.
etc, maybe limit it to normal enemies and elites?

Dropkick still exists in the ironclad, so is not so bad, but yeah, its is too easy. I already was planning a change, but i was fearing another kind of exploit, anyway, its is there now.
>> frostedclaws
Flow of the River is now fixed. And you must be scared of the "scared" effect, because it is exactly what it is, a permanent debuff.
>> Shadelen and anyone that could interested
It will take time to make the card images, i still want to remake the character for something more decent, also you shouldn't expect a great job from me, i'm not good with this. Anyway, a few arts was added.
Destroy the Hope and Sin Recollection will now accumulate turns. Sorry about the artifact, it was fixed.
>> Raineh Daze
-1 Focus is strong against this character, but it is the Shield caracteristic and you can counter it with Exorcism, this card is aimed for Higan build, but can be useful by itself.
>> Zu and Raineh
I really didn't expect the bloody idol interaction, i changed the Fare to be a buff instead of a debuff and the card will apply that, now it will bypass artifact, but won't increase the Crackling Soul damage anymore. Also added a stack limit of 12 and reduced the Fare card cost to balance everything.
Watching karma and all the debuffs take out the heart is glorious.
Though one thing: whilst I managed to get past the spire guardian duo (what're their names? Totally forget) with having so many vengeful spirits, I was nearly screwed instantly by the -1 focus they slapped out turn one.
It's only the one enemy, but that single debuff shutting down the entire playstyle was awkward...
I see you're trying to work with gold interactions, but I would try to avoid exploits.
(In fairness, the devs weren't against exploits either at first, but now there's no more random healing from dead branch etc., and self repair never dropped from creative a.i. to begin with.)
