Does this mod not work at all for anyone anymore? Or are the recent issue being reported caused by a mod conflict that nobody seems able to figure out?

It doesn´t work, There are nobody to talk excep the but they cannibal attacks inmediatly. When I kill them and go to flotsam or World's End and return, nothings happend

Deleting one entry then taking everyone far away enough to reset the town sort of worked. The town flipped back to my ownership but deleted every external structure I made.

I'm getting the same glitch as BadPoisonx; on saving and reloading there's a duplicate Ghost Village, both are hostile but one reads as my faction as being an inhabitant instead of owning it. I've already beaten the cannibal leader and reloaded the town, but everything I built flipped over to the village.

I know that the layout shouldn't matter since tested that a LOT with the Hub version of this mod series.

yeah the running away to a major city is an issue with the base game. blame Lo-Fi for that. also the city layout shouldn't make any difference... I may need to change the person to talk to into a different faction that way they aren't insta hostile. I did something similar for the fish Isle one since the fishmen normally can't talk to the player.

Im thinking it could have been load order but i got the dialogue to work but the town does not convert after killing the boss and running to the fishing village.

well if the trigger for the entire dialogue is the cannibal leader you do not get to talk to him but you are attacked on sight. after you kill him nothing happens. you do not get to talk to anyone. The mod makes changes to the layout of the city. This city looks different than the mod maybe that cold be it.

the only people in the bar at ghost are npcs and the cannibal leader...thats it. the town is empty otherwise. that must mean the NPC is not showing up.

as long as genesis hasn't removed the town it should work just fine. as for not being able to talk to him... are you hostile with his faction?

i cant get it to work...dam quoted to work. im having problem the person wont talk to me to even start. Man i wish this worked with Project Gensis.

@badpoison Sorry about the late reply I'll look into the issues that you were experiencing with my mod so that everyone can use this the way it was meant to be used.

@Eman & @Pepper Roni I'll look into making some take over mods for Mud town, Clownsteady, and Catun

Well, several hours of wasted time later still cannot get your mod to correctly agknowledge my right to build there as it continued to duplicate the town every time I load or restart. even worse now it wont even register that one of the towns is "mine" so I cannot build regardless. 0/10 would not use again.

Also from what I've seen, it looks like that area still acts like an npc town whereas, no attacks by bandits or traders will come by. I have seen the occasional tech hunter stop in the bar but that's it. Is there any way to change the mod to destroy the town point when you claim it as your own and use the same system as outposts use?

Update: I imported and that didn't seem to fix the problem, HOWEVER going into dev mode and deleting the duplicate ghost village point seems to have done the trick. I am not sure if this is a permenant fix.

I'm having a problem where the town will "duplicate itself" on the map and I all of a sudden cannot build there anymore as it is "too close to another town". any help?

I conquered the Ghost village and not a single cannibal raid occured.
