To be fair, the Nyakuza Metro sticker icons are not jumping around.

The mod doesn't require any yarn because I want it to be as easily accessible as possible.
There are currently no skins for this hat on the Workshop, but the hat changes its appearance when you wear the virtual kid flair or the wireframe flair.
They represent stickers. Admittedly, finding them can be a bit tricky in Nyakuza Metro, because that place is a maze of corridors and train lines, but you should be able to find them if you explore the world and activate the hat from time to time.
