sv_cheats 1 probably needed i would assume
go on the floor, nav_mark_walkable, go on the trim at the top too and wherever else you can walk, nav_mark_walkable, then in console after like 2-3, maybe 4 if you want, you dont need THAT many though, type nav_generate_incremental, it will add the nav-mesh without even having to restart the map! 😄
for future maps if i ever do get them finished they'd definitely have a nav mesh by default but this is ages old and i am sadly lazy to update old stuff a bit but hopefully this comment can help

i mean i guess because i didnt see a map like this arena in SPECIFIC is why i speedran making it so

But please add cover, like add some props, brushes to make NPCs go into cover or like put Hint-Nodes where the NPC does a cover animation while going into cover, it will put more life into your map. Thanks bye
