why is so difficult to install the mod

Hunkules, it's bcs the audio files dont have the exact length as the original audio files of the default game. That means, you gonna experience squeeking sound. Snd_rebuildaudiocache gives the new audio files a new cache that prevents the audio from having squeeking sound or any other disruption.

Replacing the default audio files with the custom audio files is just a very clean install.
Believe me, its worth it.

Why are voice pack addons this convoluted to install!? I just want a voice pack for Francis, not to do a full on side quest!

And I want to know why it needs so many procedures , it may confuse many people who like LIS

I have over 20 pages of addons yet in my game files it says or shows 0 addons so i cannot do this
