Now that the 1.4 version brought a platform that calls the mech instantly without having to reenter the map, is it possible to implement it here?

Can you think about making a mech chainsaw sword?

It would probably be possible to make an item like that, but I haven't really looked into item making beside swords. It is, however, a good idea! I'm not planning on making any mods for Starbound in the near future, but I may look into it later on.

I love the idea of this mod to no end. Is there a way to do a balanced one that uses a Durasteel-level one-use item to do this? Something mid-game, but not ridiculously impossible to make?
