Sure! It is really easily done, so no problem. There are some great trees in the workshop that are used as a street tree across the temperate parts of the world. Great suggestion :)

OH!! I am so grateful you brought that to my attention, @bmrigs. More beautification is no longer required, nor functional really. The same function is now in game as well as usable by the mod Find It. I made those ads long ago.
I removed the requirement from the ads and the description.
You can now place the ads freely while in game and use Swanky Street without any mods.. Hope you like the Swanky Street!

@bmrigs As MrMiyagi states himself in the first page of comment on the Street Ad assets: "You don't *have* to have the mod More Beautification, but it would mean that you could only place these inside asset editor." Therefore, you don't need the mod to use this road. The mod is only listed as a dependency because, when Street Ads was developed, the More Beautification mod was the reasonable option to access props in game and place them.

Street Ad add on requires More Beautification Mod that has issues at the moment. Too bad that this mod is a dependency.
