something i noticed is that if you try to use a bonemerge item that is meant to replace the feet, it clips through them. i also noticed that if you bonemerge the chargin' targe to the demoman, it connects to the wrong bone.

Now if only this model had a bodygroup for the flipping feet!!! I wanna make a pirate Demo with a peg leg, but the bloody model (AND THE DEFAULY HWM) do not have those bodygroups. -_-

This problem is ony up to Gmod version, its been fixed for the SFM version now!

His facial texture is a bit too far up. You can especially tell around the eyes and mouth; his eyebrows and mustache are too high and it makes him look weird.

So, when ever I use the faceposer on him, his eyes just close immediately, and the only way I can make them open again is if I drag the very top slider all the way to zero... but then im not able to pose his face in any other way.

one problem, the demoman LOST an eye, so he wouldve had to have super advanced surgery to get it back. i think it isnt possible in tf2, considering that if he could, he wouldve done it already.
