I don't know if the creator actually played this game
Or give it to his friends who have never played this game. Then you'll find it's suck.

Is this a bug or what should i do?

At the moment I'm working full pace on Black Mesa: Blue Shift and I can't work on 2 projects of that scale simultaneously. I'm still doing some minor things in terms of content creation but for larger development tasks I need either more time or a way to clone myself :)
Running around without even a crowbar and fighting head crabs with flares is not much fun.
Puzzles (for example. ladder) is way too hidden and takes a lot of aimless running and looking around to just randomly find it.
Spawning 4 vortigaunts around the player in small closed area is also not fun.
There is a lot of invisible textures that blocks movement. For example while trying to figure out a puzzle and jumping on the security building (thought on the roof might be a vent), there is an invisible texture. Would be nice for the building to be taller, if you don't want the player to jump there.
and since my eye always lies on architecture, id like to say that some of the large areas feel a bit unrealistic. even for a fictional world like the black mesa rf. remember, its manmade, it had to be constructed and did cost money.
over all, certain areas look a bit to futuristic. to sci fi. noone would build a lab or industrial complex like that. (the same for the lambda compex in hl1 and black mesa).
but very certainly a nice enviroment.
and, maybe in case you care, check if everything is OSHA accurate.
I've played mods that have made me love its creator and ones that made me hate it's creator, but this one is a first, it makes me want to grab the modder by the shoulders and shake him/her/it back and forth while going "Why? Why? You've clearly had so much experience using hammer, why would you make such asinine gameplay decisions?"
imagine a hecu soldier says this when he gets hit
ahh shoot me harder uwu
I've disabled additional custom content in general to prevent any conflicts with mods.
ashame it had good concept too
Which assets do you want to use? I'm asking because some assets are still WIP or using content (e.g. vmt shaders) that doesn't work well in gmod.
@Doom slayer: The Workshop Mounting System the game uses does not work well for large mods which require their own game directory.
@just trash: All my efforts are currently going into Black Mesa: Blue Shift so we can release Chapter 4 as soon as possible and since my day has only 24 hours I don't have too much time left to work on large stuff here.
All I can say is, I'm preparing a HUGE Phase I Update which contains new content, fixes / improvements and pushes everything to Phase II standards. As soon as I got more time I'll do my best to get this update done in one streight shot.
