The pack will be located in your spawn menu. Access the spawn menu by pressing "Q" on your keyboard (or whatever your keybind is set to) and scroll down the menu until you find the addon.

Go to your addons in your spawnmenu, then scroll down to were it says "Buildings Prop Pack." It should be there, I tried it myself. Let me know if you figure it out!
