I agree that 20% is a bit low, made it as a request. I use 40% one.

Unless you are really bad, this might not be a good idea if you play as either Rome past turn 40. I agree corruption is a bit unbalanced from turns 10-25, but the struggle to survive makes the game worth replaying.
