How do you make it fullscreen?

There was a blurry screen effect in entropy zero one but this one's effect is only working on the shadows of props(the shadows that the flashlight causes). But other than that, there is no problem. A good blue light and i made it fullscreen. But like i said it should be making the area blurry that the light touches but it only does it on the shadows of the props it touches. It would be awesome you update this.
