Hey, I know that comment is one year + old but there actually is a free opensource template for creating your own vox pack.
Just type "TFA Vox pack template" or something like that and it will come up.

You can extract addon and look into files. Then look into code and make a copy but with new model and sounds

Like I said in the description, this is a re-upload, although I would like to learn I currently don't know how to make a vox pack yet(so no time soon if ever).
But also as in the description you can use the Enhanced player model selector to assign this(or any other) vox to any model that you want.

When vox for SOPMOD II or HK 416 come?

Came back after 1 month and half of my subscribed add-ons got removed !

Well like I said this is a re-upload so I don't know how to make a vox pack or make it work for certain characters, though someone else might be able to either make this pack work normally with other models or just make entirely new packs for them. But why I suggest using the Enhanced player model selector is because within the settings of it you can select vox and can assign any vox pack to any model that you want, this is what I do when I want a p.m. to have a voice but there's not a vox made specifically for them.

A vox is basically a voice pack. It allows you to give a playermodel a voice, this includes general callouts such as hi, thanks, or you're welcome(these all depending on the vox pack) to pain and death sounds. Because of this people tend to use vox packs for roleplay purposes but is also used in general gameplay.

I didn't make this, if you read the description I say that this is a re-upload, if you want to use this vox for a model other than UMP45 you can use the Enhanced player model selector to assign the vox to UMP-9 or any other model.
