Thanks a lot for this mod. All I did was hit subscribe and it worked, or are my eyes playing tricks on me? Do I have to copy it as in description in order for it to work properly?
Keyes 15. apr. 2021 kl. 12:36
This mod does NOT ADD NEW HILTS. This is strictly a blade mod.
eternalthrone_7 1. jan. 2021 kl. 2:06
does this cause any crashes yes or no
Darth Renatus1 17. okt. 2020 kl. 20:13
I have installed the mod but the hilts remain the same
Cosmic Blaster 31. mar. 2020 kl. 14:59
Do i have to start a new game for this mod to work? i just started a playthrough a few days ago and im already on nar shaddaa so i dont want to restart...but this mod actually makes the Virdian Blade look awesome and i need it
Kpengie 8. feb. 2020 kl. 18:09

Delta 23 14. juli 2019 kl. 15:29

@Man Who Laughs I have the same problem... does anyone know how to fix it? I put the files under the override folder but nothing happens, I am not using any saber related mods.
Lord Caesar 31. maj 2019 kl. 16:29
Last i knew, the other one messed up the colors.
Bob the Plumber Dude 23. maj 2019 kl. 23:03
There's another mod on the Workshop that deals with that already.
kgunitkeese17 20. maj 2019 kl. 23:17
Can you make one where you change the lightsaber hilt itself? The main one is too generic.
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 5. maj 2019 kl. 6:11
I left both of them the same as a design decision as Orange and Bronze are next to identical in the first place. Bronze was added in via TSLRCM for a single "special" hilt that didn't really appeal to me and seemed more of a throwaway color than anything.
AliensAreUs 4. maj 2019 kl. 11:38
How come bronze and orange look the same
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 30. apr. 2019 kl. 21:26
@Darkshn, if you have placed the files into the TSLRCM override then it should work. Again you want to place the files of this mod into the override of TSLRCM, not the other way around.

If that doesn't work then I am really not sure, unless there is a mod that takes priority over TSLRCM that modifies lightsaber effects that you are perhaps using...
Darkshn 30. apr. 2019 kl. 20:39
@Man Who Laughs, so I'm doing something wrong; I've done the process in putting the files into the override folder for the TLSRCM, first I tried putting the folder first that didn't work and then I tried the all of the files and nothing happened, so what am I doing wrong?
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 30. apr. 2019 kl. 19:15
@Darkshn, Yes, they also have the intended effects.
Darkshn 30. apr. 2019 kl. 17:36
@Man Who Laughs, dose this affect the short sabers?
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 7. apr. 2019 kl. 1:38
@SLAANESH, Thank you, I am glad you like!
Hawk 6. apr. 2019 kl. 14:53
beautiful mod here. the sabers look much much better than the base ones. i always thought the lightsabers in both KOTORs were a bit too thin. Thank you for your work!
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:38
@Ridley, yeap, you might want to make a backup of TSLRCM's override first though, just in case.
Ridley12, Knight of God 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:24
So, I just copy the files in that folder into the override folder for TSLRCM and replace the two files?
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:23
@Ridley, no problem, the location was stated in the legacy section of the description, but made a fix so that it is also in the TSL section.
Ridley12, Knight of God 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:21
Thank you.
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:21
@Ridley, Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\1690917193
Ridley12, Knight of God 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:14
"If you are using the STEAM workshop version of the restored content mod, go to the folder location
"Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\208580\485537937\override" and place the files inside that folder." There's only one folder location specified.
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 25. mar. 2019 kl. 18:09
@Ridley, Read the description.
Ridley12, Knight of God 25. mar. 2019 kl. 17:54
Where is the location of the mod to put in the override folder?
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 23. mar. 2019 kl. 22:11
@KleoZ, Thank you, glad you like it!
ダKleoz 23. mar. 2019 kl. 20:26
Thanks for this excellent implementation, i love it :bheart:
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 23. mar. 2019 kl. 10:19
@Arson, Unfortunately no, that is an issue that isn't tied to the blades. It was introduced with Aspyr's update for the steam version. I found that those updates caused more problems than solved, it is a shame that Aspyr never fixed that issue.

May I suggest looking into using the legacy version (can be applied through the steam options for the game), and using the Squizzy resolution patcher for widescreen resolutions which can be found here: https://community.pcgamingwiki.com/files/file/19-squizzy-kotor2-resolution-patcherrar/

Then simply apply the ui fix found here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/332-widescreen-ui-fix-for-knights-of-the-old-republic-2-the-sith-lords/

You can then enjoy a KOTOR 2 without that nasty shader issue introduced by Aspyr.
Arson Hole 23. mar. 2019 kl. 9:55
Will this also fix the hilt texture glitch?
He Who Laughs  [ophavsmand] 23. mar. 2019 kl. 1:06
@Zendiagram, Yeah me too, I could sure use it! I really appreciate the kind words and continued support!
Zendiagram 23. mar. 2019 kl. 0:12
