Hello ! Sorry to bother you, I love your mod but there's a bug which means that when a character with scourge spells is provoked, their turn never passes and everyone in the vicinity continually receives the effects of scourge 1, 2, 3 and 4 by exploding in a loop. The only solution found is to charge a save before the provocation (often before the fight). Is there any way of fixing this bug? ^^'

Really love this mod, always have, just hope the core issues of it get fixed someday. Like the stack crash bug, if I recall.

It's really unfortunate, because if this mod wasn't marred by all the issues it has, it'd easily be one of the best.

Even in its current state it's still one of the most unique, for sure, and has by far IMO the coolest modded level 3 source skill :)

I suggest moving on. Until they roll out the next update for this mod and fix the bugs/issues with the mod, go have fun with other mods.

I think its because its considered a status effect in the editor. Status effects don't scale with a stat, but instead do flat damage. The part that would scale is the initial damage. That said, the way to fix it would be to do something weird like fire an invisible "spell" at the character each turn, similar to how i do in my herald class mod. @auracheetah hit me up if you need help.

I am having the same problem with this mod as I am with Odinblades DOT class. The scaling on infection seems wonky. It does not seem to scale at all with inteligence or warfare like its supposed to, just by level. With out scaling these DOT classes are vastly outsriped by there mage counterparts who do not have to increment stacks of anything and recieve high damage scaling.

this mod is amazing exactly what a plague doctor is suppose to be. Only issue is i wish the damage scaled with something. its really low. other than that i love it keep it up!

Is this properly scaling with Warfare or is there something wrong with my version? I am currently puttering about with a lvl 30 cheat character and the plague damage doesn't seem to scale when I put more points into Warfare. *edit* I went beck to the start of the game and tried again and the plague DoT damage only seems to scale with level? Is this intended?

So found a fun little interaction with reflections. When Plague erupted from a target and we were all in close proximity to each other, the projectiles from the plague status V.. went into an infinite loop and the game crashed hard enough it left a crater in my floor. Love the class though! Not sure if there is a possible work around for projectile reflections however.

@Auracheetah So im not sure how this is supposed to work but the final form skill that turns you into that huge werewolf thing? yea its broken. And not good broken. Sure im huge but i cant actually attack anything or use any skills. Plus after i cast the spell it removed itself from my hotbar as well as my skill book. Its just gone. Once i figured out what it did after getting my 3rd source point i was super excited about it until like i mentioned it doesnt do anything but waste 2 of my turns and then kills me....

Hum, I'm not sure if you've checked the dmg scaling in the recent update but using cheeat commander I've ran some tests and the dmg of the plague doesn't scale either with intelligence or warfare :/

Just a suggestion but wouldnt you be able to stop the pop chaining by limiting enemies to one plague 5 "pop" per turn? That way even if theres alot of enemies exploding in close proximity they all only pop once and thats the end of it

Hoping the endless plague chaining will get fixed soon. doesnt happen often but it still locks up the game. either from being deflected or having enough enemies in close proximity and one of them "popping" and causing an endless chain between them all because theyre all close to 5 stacks. One guy pops and pushes another guy over then he pops, etc etc

@Auracheetah Have to agree with Pale Rider, the scaling is a little lackluster. it feels more like something you use if you have the AP leftover rather that a viable attack choice.

Also just fyi there are some spelling errors in the description of the titan virus mutation spell ingame

@cybercyrus it is this mod, when an enemy reaches 5 stacks of plague at the end of their turn they "pop" and spread the plague to nearby entities and then resets their own plague counter

also don't know what causes it but sometimes without any status it just seems to keep exploding with a delay between explosions. softlocks the game because no one gets to take a turn

hey so, idk if it's just a part of the mod or maybe one of my other mods makes it this way, but occasionally people with plague explode releasing plague to other characters nearby. the problem is if someone has deflecting this aoe explosion is considered as a projectile that infinitely deflects crashing the game

I really like the concept and the class but it does deal fairly low damage on Classic mode with Lone Wolf trait. But overall i really like the class.

Used to play this a long time ago. Rather disappointing to learn I can't use it anymore without crashing.

It has something to do with how the engine calculates the stacks of plague. Sadly nothing I can do from my end. It also seems that it has different degrees of severity for different people. The best thing we can do it keep submiting crash tickets to the devs.

@Auracheetah Unfortunately, setting EoCApp to run as administrator didn't work. I can't even get through one single fight without crashing.

The Replicate, spread infection, and contaminate blood, cause the game to crash instantly. Any ideas?

For anyone still having crashing issues try setting EoCApp to run as administrator in your "steamapps/common/Divinity Original Sin 2/DefED/bin" folder under the compatibility tab.

@auracheetah I love the detail you put into this mod. Yeah it has crashing issues, but keep at it man :) great ideas. Just a little community encouragement :)
