It lets me walk up to the Estate entrance but when I click on it I don't get teleported and there's no loading screen and my character stays where they are. Everything else about this mod is absolutely incredible though 8.8/10.

Is anyone else having an issue where they can't enter the Unsavory Estate, and if so, do you know how to fix it?

Hey guys, let me know if you're having any bugs and if you have any ideas or suggestions for expanding the mod. I'm considering spending some time on Corpselight again, so if you have anything you'd like to see, see more of, or don't want to see again, let me know. Thanks guys. :D

@rockhound You could say that. The estate level is closest to COD Zombies as you win by building the manor back up.

Hey Slacker, is there any chance of getting `your mod as a no steam user? Long time ago you posted that you may will release Corpselight to a Torchlight 2 Mod Fansite. But i couldn`t find anything further about this. Would be great to hear from you.

actually i cant run corpselight without any other mods and the manor survival doesnt let me load it.

Hey, Beat. Did you resolve the crashing? If not, try disabling your other mods (leaving only Corpselight enabled) and let me know if it still crashes.

Thanks for making this! It's a really nice change of pace!

2 points of feedback though:
-The first time I enter Dragon Manor on a new character, the Estherian Enclave BGM doesn't stop, so there's both BGMs going at the same time. This persists through death, but not exiting and then resuming.
-Not sure if this is intended, but you can get around the "all hope -> 1 condensed hope" thing by splitting your stacks and throwing extra on the ground.

Well thats what i've been doing most of the time and I have to keep hacking and slashin my way through a lagfest of zombies that cover the whole screen. kinda killing my fingers, btw fun mod though 4.5/5

Hey Skaith, I've been asked this a few times so I put together a little two question FAQ. Jonah, thank you, I'm glad you like the mod. :) I will be adding a few more unlockables to the upstairs of Dragon Manor, including an enchanter. You should see the upstairs rolled out by Sunday, with the third map (woo!) coming soon after that.
Demoknight, I was an Engineer in both videos... I probably died too fast for you to be able to tell.

When I save up hope at one of the marks that use up a certain amount of hope, all of my hope is is gone instead of taking the amount is used for is. then i have to grind hope at square one

Hey Horus, I appreciate the critique. :) By the rewards/buyable items do you mean the vendors, the Hope Coffer, the rewards for completing a map, the vendor items, or some combination? With the convertor, that is what I was afraid of. :P Since you mentioned it (the crampedness I mean) I'll do a little bit of reconstruction. I'll add in a short delay of 10-15 seconds between waves this evening when I get home. Thanks again, Horus, let me know about the rewards/buyable items.

- golden hope reminds me of all that (was) wrong in synergies, you had to drop and item, to craft an item, to craft an item, to get one that is useful to craft a legendary part...way too many useless steps, dropping golden hope just to transmute them into money do not make sense at all just drop gold in the 1st place (after 50 patches you now drop ready to use complete legendary parts in synergies fyi all that crafting was just a waste of time and made it too complicated to be updated/changed later by the modder)
- near unplayable with a lvl1 character thanks to no vendors available from the get go and as written weak/too scarce loot, players need to have more potions to be able to start a new character in corpselight

I'm better at pointing wrongs than praise so don't take it too harshly ;)
- convertor room is too small objects too close for comfort, not readable enough and you constantly click on the lever when you don't want to
- if possible there should be a delay between waves, we don't even have the time to pickup the loot that we can't move around because of the amount of ennemies spawning, maybe use a NPC to start the next one
- rewards/buyable items are incredibly weak most of them are white and they are all really bad, vanilla blacksmith and vendors sell way better and more good blue items from act1 to 4 in all NGs

Alright, using the chests won't teleport you now. :) About the portals, it's a multiplayer mechanic so your teammates must reopen the portal from the other side with Hope.

Now when I go to open one of the chests at the end of the Unsavory Estate encounter I end up getting teleported back to dragon manor. Also, when I die in UE I'm not able to use the portal to get back in.

The error came from when I changed the portal from a big spinny particlely thing to what you have now. I use the same warper for both "return to manor" in the respawn room and the exit portal (in both maps), and since they were not in the same folder it must have slipped my mind to attach them. All fixed now. :)
Thank you for the suggestions, Ryan. I'll keep messing around with upstairs layouts.

Well maybe some sort of transmute system with hope materials make some weapons out of hope... You really could go all out lol. Maybe gem merchants or just merchants for specific things.

Thanks, man. That's an excellent idea, I'll look into it. I'm thinking a lever that toggles the Hope Converter from Pieces->Condensed/Golden->Gold to Condensed->Golden, in addition to a low drop rate for most zombies. You know, I got that whole upstairs blocked out, if you have any ideas of what should go up there let me know.

I also think it would be rather cool to see a hope currency system worked out maybe like "Golden Hope" that drops and you sell it for gold. That would add another step after unlocking the merchants.

So far it's amazing, I hope to play some more when I get the time.

When I have more pieces of hope than I need for something, why does it take all of them? I'm not sure if it's suposed to so I posted here just in case. I have also found other things like the second dungeon when repairing the one set of tables it stops at 2/3 repaired and I can't finished it.

Thanks for clearing that up for me! Anyways, this mod is a blast man, and we don't even have the third map yet lol. Also, I went to click on the Hope Coffer, and I kept clicking and clicking, but there was no end to the treasures LOL. I thought I'd ask here before mistaking it as a bug again. I know I killed hella zombies though, so maybe it was that.

Anyways man, the fact that this mod adds new game-modes is a big deal for me, and I hope others see how huge this is for post-alchemist gameplay, as well as for people who want to take a break from the story along the way.

Even besides the new game-modes and addition of reasons to play multiplayer, this mod is just plain and utter fun. I really hope people see this mod man, cause if they just try it out, I know they're gonna love it.

On a side note, all these swarms just make any aoe skill into a maniacal laugh fest XD. Thanks again for this Slacker!

Thank you, Anoka. It's great to hear that you enjoyed what you've played -- all those hours were not in vain! :) The portal thing is a multiplayer mechanic; after 30 seconds the portal closes, but it can be reopened with Hope from the other side.

SLACKER! I MUST SAY! This is AWESOME! I'm a sucker when it comes to immersion, so when I stepped into the mansion, I was already freaking out. I was giddy as I explored it lol.

Cool man, that is hilarious cause that's exactly what I've been doing for the past hour hahaha. Also, not sure if intended, but let's say that someone dies in the zombies room (not saying I died, pshh pssh), but if you choose the option to tele to the entrance, going back in/restarting is disabled.

Man zombies reminds me of doing COD zombies haha. The other room was cool too (the monsters in there kick butt lol, not saying it was my butt.. ). Gahh I forgot what else I was gonna say, I wasn't even supposed to have time to test this today bahahaha, but I couldn't resist! I'll post back when I get back on and collect more hope.
