please update this as some tier 4 settlements are missing garrison units example are some new factions using the mixus's unlocker.

Doesn't seem to work with the Sisters (Woodelves). Their settlements only have level 3. :/

After having the same issue with Tier 4 earning less than Tier 3, I decided to update it.

Tier 4 minor settlements for dark elves generate less income than tier 3 settlements. Goes from 100 at tier 3 to 75 at tier 4. Should be 125-150 perhaps?

Tomb kings minor settlements give 100 gold at tier 3 and 80 gold at tier 4, which is quite counterintuitive. Should be increased to ~125.

You can't recruit tier 3 units from main building in minor settlements when tier 4.

Hey there. Firstly, let me thank you for the amazing mod.

Think I found a bit of an oversight. The tier 4 minor settlement for vampire coast does progress logically with garrison and effects, but it's income is reduced compared to tier 3. (Reverts back to 75 gold, same as tier 2). Tier 3 is 100. I would imagine income would either stay at 100 or go up to 125-150.

The fourth level town of the tomb kings is not as good as the third level town. I think this is a mistake

Does not work for wood elves, but it should, right? I can only build tier 3 main building which is a shame because some chains can only be built in non-WE settlements and i can't build it, because even with this mod, minor settlements can't be upgraded to T4. Shame.

Found the real culprit:

This mod uses a effect_scope which is no longer used by vanilia or SFO:

region_to_region_own_hidden

So a simple fix is to replace it with:

FROM :region_to_region_own_hidden TO region_to_region_own

You may simply fix it by yourself:

1.use Pack File Manager to open the mod .pack file
2.change line 128 and 133 at table @SFO_effects_T4 under folder building_effects_junction_tables

Thats all!

Thanks to @antonale who found this issue. I just tried to rewrite it in a more clear way..

This version doesn't work, but the vanilla one still at least functions, so that's a stop gap. Hopefully someone will come revive this sometime soon.

@ flameshroud @ 撒旦凤凰 1) problem of some other mods 2) latest SFO itself or other updated submods you subscribed might break the old save (my situation), so either use the ealier version of SFO (and relavent submods) or start a new campaign 3) as long as you are making changes on the pack file in steam workshop directory, loading order should not be the issue at all.
