The game just assigns the ID 'broom' to all four of them.
After you give yourself /admin check your characters crafting window [C]
Make sure to look into the last tab, the one that looks like a compass or radar. There should be four versions of the manipulator. If you have some mod that combines the three tabs into one, it should be visible as well. Not sure which of my mods does that, maybe extended GUI, or FU. No clue.

If you still can't see them there is other something wrong with your mod installation or another mod is causing issues.

It doesn't appear when I try to craft it, and yes I have admin mode enabled.

starbound modding doesnt offer alot of posibilities related to keybinds. most of them would require to use a external program in order inject more functions for the lua scripts. i dont have the interest on modding this game until CF decides update the game again (problaby not).

What about some more hotkeys? ALT to quickly access the eye dropper like in most image manipulation programs? Perhaps switching between modes by holding CTRL + scrolling instead of having to bring up the interface every single time? Sorry if something like that exists already. Might also be to much of a hassle if you had to block regular mousewheel input (to prevent from scrolling through the toolbar).

Regardless, this is one amazing building tool. Thanks a hundred times again :steamhappy:

I would very much love a checkbox/toggle of sorts for survival players, to keep the building legit. Enabling the toggle would take materials from your bag for building and would prevent you from spawning mats / blocks out of thin air. I think that would be pretty cool for all those who still care about gathering all the resources themselves.

The only other thing I could think of while using this would be any sort of feedback while using the eye dropper tool. A small line of text confirming that I successfully picked the background / foreground block? At times, I am left unsure if I succeeded.

Love this mod. Working fine with FU. One question - is it possible to change the hotkeys to access the menu? Needing to press 'W' is frustrating when building in space when you want to keep stationary.

Yeah, mod doesn't work since it doesnt even appear in the "C" menu with admin on.
Can it at least be spawned with console command or something?

not that it matter but with the newest FU update has removed the ablity to obtain these due to the changes to the hand crafting menu

Is there a possiblity you could add the "grid" to the original MM as a mod, I don't like the barely visible blue-ish grid on the default one. I love it on your mod especially

This is great but, with the skinned version it leaves a "trail", so wherever I hover over leaves a permanent square there. Also the discord invite has expired

After a bit more testing and forcing it in using the item editor, when the Advanced Manipulator is in the Manipulator slot the Configure Matter Manipulator UI stops functioning entirely. I'll check with the developer of that mod too and see if they know what's up.

For some reason, with the Configure Matter Manipulator mod, it lets me put it in every slot except for the Matter Manipulator slot itself? I can replace Wire, Paint, and Inspect, but not mine... Is this intentional?

its a tool mostly for builder uses, does not require any material.

Its an admin tool? As in it creates blocks from nothing right? I was hoping to find some kind of builder-friendly tool, that still requires materials and all, just makes building process more convenient. Still its a cool creative tool for those who just seek to make a perfect base\colony\ship.

Ok, so, something was fixed and I am able to use your stuff again. I do not know what is causing the errors, and I suspect it will happen again.

So, this is what happens when I am subbed to one of your mods that has an item that you use and interact with. The sprites don't show up, and if I click or press anything to activate or interact with said item, it does nothing, and not even the arms move.

Regarding to peoples have downvoted this mod post, I assume they didn't know it doesn't replace the default manipulator. They'd have to craft it from hand (press c in game) with /admin.
