This server looks really great, but it's impossible for me to play with the mod that adds sound to the inventory; it destroys my ears. It's physically impossible for me; I'm too sensitive.

Loving this server, best survival set-up I've played on. Really deserves to have more people playing on it. If your preference is for hardcore PvE with a little PvP every now and again give it a try. Need a car battery if anyone has a spare or let me know what u want for a trade - on most evenings GMT, have radio.

@Rascar Kapac, @DayZ_NIGHTMARES (SURVIVAL HC) I'm sorry. One of the authors renamed the mod and that's something the automatic update can't do.I wasn't here all day. I recommend adding to the group on FB and Discord, links can be found at https://dayz-nightmares.webnode.cz/ , where you can reach more admins who will try to fix any kind of problem..

@Kylfyre Hello, Thank you for trying NIGHTMARES server and writing this comment. You have to take care of the food in Dayz again. I received a lot of feedback that food is very drastic, but then the same people wrote to me that it is not so bad, just adjust to the fact that food is really a problem when you mooving fast by walk. If necessary, it can be modified, for now it will help you if you run less. The faster you move, the more energy you use...

I am all for Hardcore, But the Food gains seem really low. Fruits and Chicken don't seem to give much. Water is about Right, But I ate 2 Chickens (4 cooked breasts) and 6 fruit and died due to hunger within mins.

The server is open to the public for few days and there is no problem adding more slots when the server is successful. This is for me as the owner who pays this a full server. In addition, this server will certainly not have more than 50 slots, like the PvP servers where the game depends on the number of players. This is a Hardcore survival server with PvP allowed, but not as primary target. You'll have a problem surviving even if you don't meet anyone...

You have to take into account that there are not too many people on the server / which you can change.But believe me, you still haven't got enough of the weapons and ammo :) You don´t know what is awaiting for you when you get further into the inland and if you need to fire, you'll be glad you got something. In 30 minutes you couldn't get out of the spawn anywhere the number of zombies is increased. On the contrary, in the vicinity of the spawn (Tulga, Kamyshovo, Solnichniy), the number of zombies is reduced or the zombies are completely erased (Skalisty Island)...Give it a try..

just tested nightmare server and overall it feels nice but after maybe 30 minutes i had winchester,two longhorns and amphipia and shotgun.
also i had 22 rounds about 50...12 gauge slugs about 9 and 76.2:3.

towns should have more infecteds.
