@burch new missions and/or new arrangement of prior missions as broken the .gfx file used for the colored icons

If someone wants to update the mod I made a version including scout planes:

@cyndndra issue seems to be the mod's 'air_overview_plane_strip.dds' file is missing the scout plane icon, causing the entire file to be out of alignment. If someone can colorize the scout plane icon, I could adjust the existing file and share it so people can replace the erroneous file with the appropriate one.

Colors have been changed to match Coloured Air Force mod by Oracel.
