Second, a question/request: Would it be possible to update it with the ability to paint the cells as the mod linked below does for the vanilla ones?
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2752893004
I was thinking if I could upload it with information that models ,textures to you and OncaLupe and to High tier solar panels autor for values and item.
As for sloped versions, SultonMRP is correct about how the game handles their 'active' face. It has to be defined as a side in the CubeBlock file and back when the mod first released I tried some sloped panel ideas but even in full sunlight they often produced no power because the game thought the sun was facing the side of the block. I might try them again at some point to see if Keen have made any improvements on that.
Meanwhile, the ship's power supply flickers insanely from 100% to what I suspect the power is supposed to be at.
@Anonymous really sorry man, I somehow missed your message. I use Isy's solar alignment myself and have used these panels on them without any issues so I'm not sure why you would be having problems with them.
I could make them double sided though I'm not overly sure how it would look. Might add a variant of them or something as double sided. Will give it some thought.
Nicely done, this should be vanilla.
Also: "Power output of all panels have been adjusted to match a block to block ratio of the current vanilla panel outputs."
Just to be sure, does this mean that if I have a mod that alter the power output of the vanilla solar panels, yours will be altered accordingly ?
Have a nice day.
*** NOTE ***
One issue I've found is due to the fact that the panels are 1-sided. Lovely, if you're slapping them on a ship.... but it freaks out most all Solar Tracking scripts when using Rotors - at least, all of the ones I've tried. (I prefer Isy's)
Is there an easy way to make them 2-sided, like the vanilla panels? Would also give a little more flexibility when placing
All small grid versions have had their PCU values vastly reduced to tie in more on a block to block ratio with their vanilla counterparts.
Large grid 3x3 has had it's PCU reduced slightly from 60 to 55.
Also, have you tried the mod in a world with no other mods running in case it's something caused by another mod?

and a report on their support site

If it's the same error then I'm afraid we just have to wait for Keen to fix it.
@anime212001 I didn't have any plans of adding sloped versions, but I can take a look at it. The one problem will be with alignment, since these sit in the bottom row of a block height any sloped versions next to them would occupy the block beneath them so they wouldn't line up along the top edge, if that makes sense.
