It's fully stock, should've added this to the title, but I find too many [Stock] tags a bit annoying...
For those looking into the same thing: Within both the .craft and .loadmeta files for the craft, simply change the 'version=' to whichever you are currently running (1.4.5, 1.5.1, 1.6.1, 1.7, etc.)

@DinoTrakker I heard that it's possible to simply edit the .craft file and change the version information, so that the craft works in another version. But you may need google for it...I no longer possess KSP 1.6 game file to confirm whether it works or not, sorry!
Yes, thrust torque is a problem for most of my asymmetric designs, but on this one it turns out quite acceptable (lucky me)
