as i remember it requires citizens, standart gmod models
so i assume just your side problem

Is there a version of this addon but without the backpack. Have been trying to get rid of it using pac 3 but i have had no luck since i can't change the size of the clipping.

This would be cool as NPC's honestly. We'll just have to wait for a skilled modder to take interest in this and hopefully make NPC's with the author's permission. Or maybe the Author will get around to making the NPC's themself if they know how.
