hey, i dont know if this is still seeing any support but do you remember (it was 5 years ago) if modifying this effects fish on a rarity scale or individual scale? like, if a mod added an additional legendary fish, would it use the old 1/1000 odds or the new 1/25?

Lol, I was lucky enough to catch the Lava legendary after a bunch of hours. I saw the Chucklefish and Narwhal, but failed to catch them because it was dark and I didn't have my volume on! D: With this mod, I can spend fewer hours to get all 4 Legendary Birds.. I mean fish.

Thanks for this mod, helped a lot! Those tweaks must be patched some day, 0.1% for a legendary is a torture.

There's fishing in this game? I have 838 hours of playtime logged going back far enough to remember sectors (which I kind of miss) and I never knew that.

Now that I'm trying again, I am getting rares, just not the ones I need. Maybe the spawn conditions on the wiki are incorrect? Anyways great mod!

Maybe it's just confirmation bias, but on both toxic and arctic planets it was one of the rares I had the most trouble getting while I saw several legendaries.

Lost Puppy, there are many mods that recreate Terraria stuff. I doubt they are confusing them. They are just asking if the Reaver Shark will be added in the mod.

@Isabelle isn't the Reaver Shark item in Terraria..? I'd understand if you got Starbound and Terraria confused, though, they're VERY similar, except one has more space and aliens.

1/1000 is pretty ass since you're not even guaranteed to get it, though fishing seems to be pretty easy (yet to encounter a legendary, so I don't know if it's harder than the rest to catch). I just kinda do it to idle for my essence farm, but I have gotten hooked (not sorry) and want to catch 'em all.

legendary fish always spawn deep and are still relatively rare, this mod makes them spawn 1% of the time while regular rare fish spawn 4% of the time
