Yeah it should only be an annoying pop-up evisual bug.
@ddpaule
glad u liked it mate
Most of the tooltips in game show different effects from what is shown here. Example, controlling Naggarond in game shows -5% slave decline rate and +7% tax rate, but here you have +10% tax rate, +15 relations with DE, and +7% movement. Vaul's Anvil, Nagarythe, Lothern, Grond are the same. Haven't taken Quintex as Hellebron yet so not sure on that one... also Morathi never attacked me or declared war.
I have a compliation mod mate:

I've seen similiar posts mate but right now, it's too hard to do that for me. Maybe after making a few mods like that I can lower all the buffs, but I need to have at least 2-3 more mods to really see how balance will go. I.e. I'm planning to make a vampire and norsca mod soon, also trying to make it work for beastmen and chaos. After making all those 3 mods, I can sit and adjust the bonuses for all factions by comparing all of them. I need that because I don't have too many options in terms of bonuses. Most of the effects aren't working for a bonus like my mods giving, so I have only a handful of bonuses and have to distribute them in an order that'll make all factions balanced, which will be much easier when I have more faction events to compare
They do seem overtuned in my opinion however. Would you consider making a compilation version with smaller buffs, or turning them into one time 10-20 turns faction-wide buffs? As they are now, getting one region of interest is fine, but it really looks like once you get 2 or more, you're basically set for the rest of the game, especially as far as public order and corruption is concerned.
Do I need to start a new game or will this work on an existing campaign?
And if it does work with an existing campaign, what would happen if you or one of the other factions already controlled one of the cities/provinces that this affects?
