Manual installation
- Go to '<user>\Documents\Klei\OxygenNotIncluded\mods\dev' (create this folder if it does not exist
- Copy the 'GrindUpMetals' folder from Github in to the 'dev' folder ('Dev' on Linux)
- Start ONI and enable the mod from the menu as normal (it will be listed as 'GrindUpMetals)

However it'd need to be massively balanced with some sort of downside, like massive heat production akin to volcano.
As such, I agree with @ModalMorphling that Rock Granulator should be 1:1 ratio, but feel free to have idea in mind to make another way to reprocess metals :P
