Sorry. Dont even have SE installed. Although GV server is still running, with Mike as Admin. The scripters are not active so it would not be wise to try to release it, even if its working for the moment. I am sure keen would just break it.

Rhea is done (or was, and working, last I played SE) but I am out of SE these days, no longer active, and probably wont bother uploading. Im sure KEEN have broken it by now anyway, but regardless. Sorry <3

Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to ask. Is the Rhea ready to be posted anytime soon, or is it under a different name now? I just really wanted to see the continuation of this idea. I personally love the IMDC line of ships, and I love this design. I'm really excited to see what comes next.

@cupofblacktea srry - drone just had a passive relay script. Did not have its own guidance on this.

@F4Bl4N There is an unreleased ship that is done, called Rhea, with next gen drones, missile, torpedo, gatling and rocket PDC, and a much much fancier interface, loads of features. Its been done and unreleased for eons. I have been super inactive.. It is WAY less laggy/more performant than honorius as well...at some point I must get together with Sgt Mook, update the scripts to newest, map all the control seats, and throw it on the workshop

Oh lol ic. this ship is not very well implemented since there are too many subgrids and a lot of micro clang that slows sim speed. we have taken in the feedback from players and working on a newer and better ship to showcase DDS.

nah i figured it out, my buddies server had some conflicting physics mods and it was physically breaking shit in the ship when spawned

WeaponCore uses a completely custom (community written mod) therefore for scripts to work flawlessy with it, it has to deliberately support it.

@JD.HORX was curious if I would be able to rebuild some of your ships for use in an ai mod pack for my server (we run tiered thrusters and stuff) and I much enjoy the IMDC collection, but would like to do a possible rework on some ships to run the LWTS stuff - and add them to an NPC AI collection that I am hoping to complete - if not it is OK, but as I said I do enjoy your ships and the work you do :) - also FPC, I did find that only some scripts don't work with WC (anything effecting a weapon system it seems? maybe I am wrong?)

cant use programmable blocks although scripts are on, they do work but i cant use arguments, edit them, or change whats in them

Torpedo fires via 7 (manual fire) or 9 (fire at largest already auto-detected target). 6 and 8 are the same, but for the small missiles (which auito fire). The torp does not auto fire because it can damage the barrel if your gyro-torquing. The drone relay script works but only manual deployment; formation flight and auto deployment come with DDS 2.0 eventually

One manually launches missile; one manually launches torpedo (wire guided straight ahead until lidar lock achieved). One manually launches missile at largest target already detected. One mamually launches Torpedo at largest detected. I forget which order the arguments are in 😂 Whole system auto engages if hostile detected as well - no buttons needed. The torps are set not to auto launch but that can be changed by designating them Missile instead of Torp

The ship looks awesome, but what do all the buttons do? I found that 6 is to launch the side missiles, but thats it.

Has been built in survival ;) Just hard to assemble PDC. Suggest building a “sprue” so you can print the turret as one; and then attaching each subpart

@Sneks Its a totally harmless ship. Just use it for space pirates faction to spawn, good and easy resource grind for your survival gameplay. Those PDCs only look at you out of curiosity, and those missiles launched are just scouting drones, charging at you just to take a goodblook at your ship (therefore the tons of cameras in front).

I did hear removing and replacing the artificial mass fixes the issue but is a PITA

i think you may need to wait for Keen to patch, seems like nothing the script can do. Should be orimpt since they broke every grav drive atm.

There is a workaround i heard somewhere. Turn off and on the artifical and grav gens, move the strength slider, then it should work. maybe can try first

Heh, Keen broke grav drives last patch. Will be fixed next patch; they have it fixed internally. In the meantime, there is a work around: Turn Off grav drive script, Turn off/on/off the artificial mass. Turn off/on/off the grav generators. Press Y/Turn off the ship, then Y again to turn back on. Then turn on script, and press the usual "1" key when seated in cockpit seat to activate script. You may want to do a voodoo dance and sacrifice a chicken too, while your at it ;) Cant hurt

He does plan to package the DDS script into a mod for those who do not prefer vanilla.
