Well yes But im not talking about blood Particles I'm talking about when they get shot in the head blood squirts out for a few seconds and flys into the air

the change is small, it should have some squirt particles along with some other stuff falling on the ground, uninstall any other blood particles or mods that may conflict with it, or reinstall your game.
