If it happens on other maps that need episode 2 then I'm not the one you should be asking. Maybe try rebooting.

Keep in mind that the ambient occlusion is baked into the map itself.

Updated the addon today. It now has Ambient occlusion (Thanks to Slartibarty's Slammin' tools) and redid color correction.
