It crashes when trying to change the looks of the character but is not like i want to look different anyway :)

Of course i like it, i was in fact the 4th one to subscribe, wich was 3 years ago, right when i got steam and all my friends gifted me games including torchlight 2. I'm just glad that there are people that can make people around them happy.

that sucks big. I guess that means that i can't play the alchemist anymore. Well, i still hope you are continuing your glorious addons, because i can gurantee that you'll make better addons in the future (unless if you already quit :| )

that sucks, is there a way to remake the entire mod by to simply copy the entire thing and fix it? idk how to do this though, so i'm pretty sure that made 30% sence to you.

i thank you for taking an intrest in this mod however i am unable to update the mods anymore, even if i wanted too. theres a file that links the mod to the workshop and without that i cant update the mod.

its known to have issues with multiplayer, that i wasent able to test/replicate myself there for unable to solve. if the issue happens all the time and you dont have any mods that could conflict with this one, then i suggest disabling the mod for multiplayer. sorry i cant be of any more help to you as without the workshop recognition files i am unable to edit/change this mod leading to one reason for ending progress within torchlight modding.

Xaoc, don't know if you can hgelp me. But I'd like to speak with you about this mod, there seems to eb another bug multiplayer wise. Unless I'm being utterly stupid. The bug is essentially a game crash on my friends end when he tries to JOIN a multiplayer game with us both running the mod. Is there anyway we can fix this?

if i remember correctly there is a size multiplier option in one of the settings, if it exsists then that would work but i may have just made it up. i know you can change weapn size so would think it would work.

yeah i dident really make this class to play just to show people what you can do with the editor.
i was in the process of making a playable skeleton with armor that shows up on the model and such. just more to do with classes rather than the base model.

I like this mod alot, but it makes it less fun for me(not sure why) to play with such a large character compared to the normal classes, would you be able to change this or atleast tell me how so i can(dont plan on republishing, just want a smaller scale)

Monster Hero is good but it adds more pets that are bit too overpowered (Ordrakes as pets?) and some of the classes are kind of bland (only 1 skill tree with only combat skills and next to no passives). In short, I think what you have going is a bit more on the balanced side of things as far as I seen.

yeah i couldent crack the primary attack thing but my classes, with my classes i tried to stay as close to the bosses as possible, so there skills are the same as the bosses but with few extras just to fill out the skill screen. dont know how the other mods are because i haventy tried them.

Alright. Just uninstalled that thing (I think?) and grabbed your version with the other two bosses as hero classes. The only thing I'll miss is I think the other guy had it where the default attack (on the Siege Guardian) actually allowed you to move when you don't have a thing targeted. Meanwhile, your stuff actually has some variance to the classes that makes them actually kinda interesting to play.

i have looked at the mod pack and it doesnt seems to have anything to do with the alchemist so unless the creator has used/changed any of the alchemists skills then it should be 100% compatible. however my other boss mods will mosty likely conflict as the creator of Monster Hero has created there own versions.

thank you for taking an intrest in the mod, what you said my be the cause of the problem but i cant edit or change the mod anymore because i dont have the files. unless you know of a way to get back the files plus the file that registers it to this mod on workshop. even if i had the files without that workshop file i cant update this mod i would have to create another, which i really dont want to do.

if you or anyone knows how to get them files back i would be happy to try and fix the problem but until then theres nothing i can do.

Hello! I’m playing torchlight in 2015 and I know you are not working on these mods any more but if you have some spare time, can you fix the Multilayer crash issue? I don’t make mods but I think that the game crashes because of the "Stasis beam" that appears on you when you enter a area or put skill points into a skill. If that is the issue, I’m sure most of us would rather be able to use the mod in multilayer then have the cool effect. I really have no idea if it is the problem but have you looked into this? Perhaps it is because whenever another player joins your aria a stasis beam attempts to spawn on them (like it does to you) but it conflicts in some way? Your probably not reading this but some of my friends really want this mod to work! Thank you :)

as far i cant remember to much about it tbh, sorry. most likely Fire/Electric as there was no ice damage spell. ( i think).

thought i fixed the quest reward problem, i will look into it agian. i have stopped with modding so an update may not come out to fix this for a few days/weeks.

There was a quest I found that you can't do anythinng with at all while playing as the dark alchemist. It tells you about the quest and then says pick a quest reward; But there is no choices then. it was in bandit prison area of the frozen part of act 1?

the thing with the model is that it has animations for the staff that is why i was able to use it with this class compared with my other boss classes. there most likely a way to override the staff animations to use other weapons but i dont know how.

I played three hours straight with this character today. It's a super fun class I just wish there was more than 1 tier of skills to use. but, hey, what can I say.. it's still really fun.

i havent played the first so i couldent say, what i can say is that it has same moves as the boss but edited to accomadate leveling.
