No, that's ok. No problem at all :)
If I find time and get some simlar textures, I'll make the diffuse map and send it up for you to check if you could use it. I know how time consuming it can be to find the right thing.

This asset was made early on and the quality of the textures is low.
I cannot make time to rebuild the asset. I don't want it to be used for what you are doing. We are sorry.

I’d like to ask if I could change your asset into a Hotels and Retreats DLC hotel?
Obviously, with references to your original creation (same way as here , here , here , and here ) or even as adding you as the co-author (which is a bit misleading as it should be the other way around ;))
