If you read the description it clearly says: "ALMOST ALL THE MODELS HAVE DIFFERENT SKINS"

You can find them in the addons tab, in the spawn menu at the bottom left. Just look for it between your addons as "U.S Traffic Signs" :)

I have a great idea, you could make sighns listing states that say welcome and sighns listing counties and how far they are. And some extra sighns you get what im saying. This is just a cool idea I am giving you.
