This collection is on the people (NPC's) in Skyrim. If you get stuck Annwynn has made a list of locations in discussions above.

quick question when it says that the black eye skulls are on persons dose that mean that you have to pick pocket to get them or on they on NPC that want to rip your face off eneyways

Open texture resources, apply all said textures to an object, save, submit to workshop.

Cool mods, a good way to add collectables to a already expansive game, you should consider a way to display them in a player home for those that have hearthfire.

I think they look rather great and really work, I wouldn't have released it otherwise. the skulls are rather small (skull sized) and look absolutely awesome in game. using these textures means it's very light weight indeed 0.176MB

The idea of the mod itself is really, really good and fun, but the execution of it is really lacking quality. Same goes for the other skull mods you have as well as book mod. Simply slapping a random texture on an item, which UV mapping was not does not fit with the one the texture was made for does not really give good visual results.
However, it is all fixable. It requires effort, but it is still not an impossible task.

There's a discussion in with the red skull collection of which skulls if any to scrap, I was thinking myself that some might not be fitting. The consensus seems to be not to scrap any amongst those who enjoy hunting them.
May the road lead you to warm sands.

Some of them look good, because they fit in with the whole theme of Skyrim. But those others like the bright green and the ones with some random art work seem to be a bit much. It's as if they ran out of ideas and went with some random stuff. Stick with the ones that would fit in with Skyrim and you'd be golden!

anyway I like that idea, like pokemon exept no battling or anything..

Mustven taken a lot of time to design them, if you do that much designing, shouldn't you make new races & monsters/animals?

175 Skulls of each colour eyes, each colour eyes being a set of sorts. Though possibly now they could be catagorised into other set sets depending on preference.
I'm peretty sure there's some house mods out there with alot of working bookshelves added to player homes or in new ones (I made one once), As it goes I'm working on just such a sanctuary with heaps of bookshelves for the skulls at the moment, check out my input and ideas discussion above or some sots I've just uploaded of work in progress.
If you're usung unlimited bookshelves shelves mostly fit nine skulls per shelf.
If you find any suitable mods please let us know.

two questions on the skulls for the colors like black red green and blue are they the same skulls with diffrent eye colors becuse looking at the screen shots you have they look similer to some red eye skulls or are they all one of a kind and two whare the hell do i find a book shelf with space on it to put all 700 skulls
